What is J-PDX CATALOG?
“J-PDX CATALOG” is a site to search J-PDX models stored in the J-PDX Library in detail. You can search PDX models by the type of cancer and the site from where the specimen was collected as well as by patient background and genetic information.
J-PDX CATALOG contains more detailed data than can be searched on this page, so you need to create an account pursuant to an agreement with the National Cancer Center in order to view those data.
